We have studied widely business planning in our Learning Business Planning Project. This approach emphasizes the role of creativity in business planning. Concept maps are used in this context in our theory and concept formation, in the user interfaces of our Internet applications and in decision making modeling and simulations. In the last application area we have combined the methods of concept and cognitive maps as well as computational intelligence in order to provide good systems in a computer environment. An example of this combination is provided.
